    At this time shoesthatfitme.com will only ship within the United States and does not take international orders. We will ship within 72 hours of processing an order.

    Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. USPS will be used for PO box orders.

    Shipping charges for all Continental United States are described below (add $20 for Alaska & Hawaii)

    • $10 shipping charge
    • Orders totaling $100 and higher qualify for FREE ground shipping (except Alaska & Hawaii).
    • Orders totaling $99.99 and lower are $10 ground shipping.
    • 3Day Air $20 (add $20 for Alaska & Hawaii)
    • 2Day Air $30 (add $20 for Alaska & Hawaii)

    In the case of a lost delivery UPS will provide a proof of delivery. If UPS is unable to prove delivery, we will replace your item at no cost or refund you for product and shipping cost when applicable. We reserve the right to choose whether to issue a refund or a replacement product. The decision that UPS makes is final. If they report that the package was indeed delivered to your location, you may not be reimbused for the product cost. If you want your package delivered "Signature Required" you must state this in the section marked "Special Instructions" when checking out and a $3 fee will be added to you order.

    A damaged package must be reported to UPS by the receiver. A damage inspection report is prepared by UPS and we will be contacted with the results of the UPS inspection. If approved for payment we will replace your item at no cost, or refund your credit card for the product and shipping cost when applicable. We reserve the right to choose whether to issue a refund or a replacement of the product.

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Shoes in new, unworn condition may be returned within 30 days for exchange or credit. We can not accept shoes that appear worn. Shoes must come back in the same condition as they were shipped to you.

    If returning a pair of shoes to us is necessary please do not use the shoe box as your primary shipping box. Affixing tape, postage, address label or damaging this box in anyway will result in a minimum $10 fee.

    When exchanging an item from your original order, we will ship the replacement item via UPS Ground at no charge for your first exchange. If the exchanged item comes back as a second exchange, we will assess a normal shipping and handling fee before shipping you the second, third, fourth, etc. exchange.

    If you were shipped an incorrect size or a defective product we will pay for the return shipping label. UPS handles our Free Return shipping. We will provide you with an electronic return label that you can print and attach to your return.

    Once we receive your item we will contact you by email indicating if the items is found to be defective by our returns department. We will then exchange, credit or repair the item. Due to the policies of different manufactures, the process associated with defective merchandise can take a few days to several weeks. We will attempt to keep you as updated as possible on this process if an item is determined to be defective. Merchandise not deemed defective will be returned at customer's expense.
